i am not in any list too.. Does that mean I am out on Tuesday?
I am really scared because I am not assigned any of these New roles. Tuesday cannot come fast enough.

Looks like they are inclusive of previous pay grades- from my checking, tpm3 has the pg15-17, tpm 2 is 19-21 (gm and Sgm) tpm1 is director and above.
I highly doubt this is any impact or comparison to the upcoming layoffs.

TPM 3 is the biggest. There about 6959 in the list.
@Anonymous142290 - these lists are company wide and clearly reflect new pay bands/levels (1-3 include but are not exclusive to all TTS). Not scrum related. There are some managers in TPM3 but lv19 TTS managers and individual contributors are missing in large number for whatever reason.
Someone could probably write an LDAP query to see everyone not in one of the TPM groups and see if that correlates with probable RIF impact but it sure looks suspicious.
Seems like it's there to represent the "layers from Scrum Team to VP".
Engineering managers might not be there... they might not represent a "layer"? MM email mentioned there would be more engineering managers post reorg.
Those not in the list would be layed off ?
I see not many Architects on the list either

Looks like they are pay grades. Anybody who is a "Manager-TTS" is not anywhere... Does that indicate something .. I checked with couple of Manager names in my group and none of them are mapped..
Definitely looks like paygrades, but it's interesting who I've not found on any of the lists. 3 people who I have suspected are strong RIF candidates are nowhere to be found. I'm happy with the list I'm on since it's 95% engineers. Of course this could be nothing but new pay grades and they haven't finished adding everyone. But if not, maybe a clue where you stand?
