Wonder if they plan to share results? I can't imagine it will be good news.

They never ask questions that matter. I had a lot of feedback to give but the questions were asinine. And no, I do not want to provide an example of someone demonstrating these qualities!
I can't even imagine how someone believes they will get anything useful out of that survey. The questions were idiotic.
Oh, nevermind, I just got the email this week. The results will only be shared with DMG+ so nothing changes. My bad!
It is on! No new action plans ( forget we didn't create any old ones or see the results from last survey ). Same ole, same ole....just make sure my check is deposited on time. I'll pass on the survey.
Is this just for some areas and not all? I haven't heard anything about a BTS Pulse except for on this board.

We didn't even get to see results last time. Leadership put their blinders on. They think saying 'transformation' over and over is a solution. We are no further transformed today than we were 8 months ago.
I don't even want to take it, does not do a bit of good and I'm sure TTS leaders will write results off since going through transformation and recent layoffs.
