They won't even provide kleenex for employees anymore. Toilet paper may be next. . . .
If my hunch is right, its going to be a slap on the hand, no one goes to jail, and instead of a big payout of billions of dollars, it will be something like debt forgiveness from the school for current students for lying to them. Of coarse EDMC will brag about their new found generosity in slick commercials and whine about how they had to actually tap into some insurance to do so. Therefore, no more free coffee in the break room, and please bring your own TP for the restrooms. Someones has got to suffer, might as well be the instructors.
Edmc also has insurance to cover the lawsuits. Shady to the core.
Wouldn't even 1 Billion dollars wipe EDMC out?
They pay more money towards political campaigns then any other school. Of coarse they will just get a slap on the wrist.

Close to settlement of 11B problem. Not all parties on board to do so, though.
