Target warehouse new hires in rialto california now will top out at $19.00 it will take them 3 years to top out this is for warehouse worker if your a specialist which as of now there called I.M.inventory management which don't really do to much but talk and kiss major ass you will get $21.00 currently warehouse workers who are not new hires are at $23.50 they will be grandfather in there current pay,dot.com employees in ontario california if transfer or warehouse shuts down because it's on lease and has to move to rialto will get pay cut to $19.00 not grandfather in,is there any news out of California warehouse with the same news?

IMs do not make more than any other WHS worker...at least not at the DC in KS.
We have Temps about 5 right now for are weekday key they got about 10 weekened key just hired Temps as full time employees current Temps now are trained on equipment and doing some of are daily functions

@Target rat. - Where are you getting your information? That doesn't sound like any distribution pay structure currently in practice.
