F the art institute. My wife attended for a short period. She had stopped taking classes but the school enrolled her in classes and continued to draw money from her GI Bill. We had the BBB involved in the ordeal and finally got our money back.

GTFO admissions reps don't know the passwords of students. We used to be able to see their usernames but even that is out. The only way an admissions rep could log into a students account is if they made up the student. Quit these stories of bullshit.
I believe it's true! While I was employed at AI an admissions rep actually logged in as an online student and posted in order to have the start count - we found out the next term when the student said she was finally ready to start classes everyone was like -
Wait what? Her CALGRANT was applied to her account.
