Why is Bain consulting at our company this week? Lots of shadowing/informationals with them today, wanting to know what's/who's working, etc.... Anyone know what the purpose is of this and what is to come next in this process?

Bain was brought in to help with the layoffs.
Bain destroying target since the late 2000's.

Yes, they are capable of making things happen - like a suggestion they gave us: "let's conquer Canada" - thank you Bain
Reevaluate through staff at the campus... Nosey lazy. Buildings c and d more so... Maybe it could just a little individuals who have nothing to do but complain!!!!

Bain has been and will continue to make all transformation decisions as target leaders are not trusted or capable to do so
Consultants will continue to pop-up at Target through the end of time. They can do the job more effectively, more quickly and then leave. Or, they can take over your job long term. Don't get paranoid. I am sure they are working on a specific work item that doesn't have a team member assigned or allocated to do.
