Got my BTS pulse check survey last week.
The new survey has Jodie take it for you.
There are problems with the new survey - that's the hold up. Each one comes with a 'Mr Burns' button and if you answer the questions wrong a trap door is supposed to open under your chair to whisk you away. Probably required more infrastructure support than originally planned for.
Yes, do it for India also! Need a change of HR Leaders there! Good for nothing!
Many people in my department were wondering the same thing. They said they were going to do a mid year pulse check and do another BTS in the fall. I can't wait to give my opinion! Yes, I know what happens when you are honest on these "anonymous" survey.
