Well said ! I'm sure everything went through a fleet of lawyers to be legal. You may not like the HR folks but they do know what they are doing now days.

Yes they can, as long as the position is being eliminated. They can't fire you for being on disability, but they can disolve your position, you litigious prick. Do you really think the HR department, being supported by an army of attorneys and consultants, don't know what they are doing?
