Blah. People talk smack in any company when people leave - through a layoff, resignation or retirement. You walk out - you're the new doormat to place all the blame on. Just a fact.

and the ones that remain will not remember the good that all did for this firm. I was let go several years ago for simply following the guidance of my supervisor.....who by the way was one lying POS, anything to cover his mistakes.
I agree with OP, a lot of this went on after the last one, it's the nature of the beast at CHK. The culture breeds this behavior.
Another internet tough guy. It's sad that people are still bitter. I was laid off many years ago, but it's business, and it happens. Grow up indeed.
