dang, have a good friend who is(was?) a title attorney there. Hate this for all of you.
Yes, my GF was a title atty and she was let go this morning. She said a group of 5 went with her.

Hardly anyone needs a land department nowadays. The only thing they're good for now is trading in swapping. Nobody's buying anything.
