I think not. They know what they are doing. Another thing that people getting laid off are forgetting about. There is only one more day left in this month. Your insurance coverage with CHK Blue Cross Blue Shield is only gonna cover you for 1 more day. Then it's canceled and you will either have no coverage or be forced to have that high $$ Cobra chit they want you to get.

To 167047.... Nope, coverage will end on the last day of the month. And my big severance package was a whopping 1 days pay! That really helped out!
Cobra was shit, agreed. I was paying a little over a $1,275 a month to cover myself and family. What a ripoff, worse than ObamaCare.
Those laid off know if they reviewed the information provided. Those not laid off be thankful you have a job, no amount of severance makes the unknown easier to bear. Those just trolling, move on. It is devastating enough without the hate comments.
Under WARN you are still an employee for 60 days so benefits continue during that period correct?
