As a greedy shareholder that's invested in this company for years - I welcome this. Get rid of some dead weight and make the company more lean and mean and profitable. Sorry to the people that got laid off but I'm actually glad to see cost cutting measures. I'm f***ing ready for $30 stock price again.

Bottom line is, if we don't cut the whole company goes under, we would all loose our jobs, and we would have effectively stolen money from share holders. It's basic economics if the cost to produce a widget is more than we make by selling the widgets we have to do something different. If they can me today it'll be fine and I'll appreciate my experience at CHK

They've screwed employees and their families since 2013! I hate to admit it but karma still hasn't paid them back for that one yet! So far they have paid nothing for the sins they've committed! Hopefully that will change this time around.
