Even at 1000. That's not even 25% of the people working for Chesapeake. Not much more than a trimming of the low performers.

I received a 110% bonus last year as a higher performer than my peers. I was let go today. I'm quite sure performance had nothing to do with shit.
Hey A167259, you're a dumbass. I know a lot of the people that were let go today and they certainly were not low performers. Go back to watching Price Is Right.

I was not a low performer at Corporate. I was laid off 2 yrs. ago. Had just gotten a fantastic review,a raise and bonus. I was completely blindsided as were these people in round 2 that happened today. Round 3 is next week.
