Tomorrow, tomorrow, the sun will come out tomorrow.....

TTS leadership approach to current malaise in every department. Never seen morale among teams so low....those layed off were lucky!

Anonymous168820: not TTS, and yes a serious issue that needs to be addressed asap. That was my point, plain and clear. Your interpretation is interesting.

Anonymous167616 - you must be in TTS... full of excuses. It isn't like you are solving a problem that other companies haven't solved....YEARS AGO! Yet again another example of TTS incompetence spun to the tune of job security. Self-check out rolling out...finally. In-store shipping, store to home shipping, all of which most other retailers had figured out years ago. TTS is the bottleneck to Target's ability to truly innovate because....its full of excuses!

Anonymous167430: I'll give you the the benefit of doubt on this, but you realize the application being mentioned involves ringing up said merchandise being stocked then sold over thousands of registers? Not a trivial issue. I realize your juvenile approach is to try and get under people's skin, but your comment is really simplistic and frankly ridiculous.

167430 cute troll. Go back to filling out your BTS and praying you'll make it.

If you were not so busy trying to use an application you know does not work and then taking more time to complain about it you could stock some merchandise on those empty shelves.

167003 - Chiming in here and this is Classic! How many Target stores are there? What's the Cartwheel penetration? This my friend is what is WRONG with TTS and the Team Members (some) who work there. System problem that's systemic. TTS: Work around it. Fail!

166836: Try using cartwheel. Scan the bar code to redeem cartwheel from your phone and boom. It asks you if you want to "bag the item or not." It's a known issue. Blame the user

As with everything in TTS they could not plan ahead. Leadership is just now going through Agile training. MM and VPs knew Sept wk1 was coming long ago and should have trained every leader in August, even those layed off. How short sighted....us little people still are not getting promised training.

Before all of the philosophical fun could you please fix the Self Check out lanes. Trying to "bag" my cartwheel is getting really old. Today after using my team member discount the system asked me to feed in a coupon. The adjacent cashier had some dummy coupons at the ready and took care of me. Come on!

If MM is serious about his measure of success being team satisfaction, he'll be gone next year.
