Halliburton plans more layoffs

Halliburton is planning more layoffs, including management positions in North America.
This is in addition to the 14,000 layoffs already announced earlier this year.
According to energy news website Fuel Fix, an internal memo lays out a plan to "flatten" the company's business by cutting management posts.
