Sux about final docs JAX. Used to be a fun PRODUCTIVE , team work environment until AVP screwed things up.

Final Doc in Jax is so disarray that the AVP still running the show. AVP does not give Managers a chance to Manage their own department but they picked them for that JOB. AVP still working on old loans that should have went to claims. AVP still promising assoc promotions but can't no funds . AVP stated need to get rid of assoc to promote assoc. One by One assoc are being let go (Fired).Managers can't save their friends
