The way things are going, Aetna will offshore every position except CEO and other executives! So, if you want a low paying job and a low cost of living, move to China, India or the Philippines, because that's where all Aetna jobs are heading! Everyone makes what they make in Arizona, no matter the cost of living anywhere else, except for maybe Hartford, CT, depending on what you're doing or high up you are on the chain of command.
