Anyone else notice that bldg 14 is rusty or that bricks are falling off bldg 6 or that it smells like a swamp in front of bldg 1......the place if falling apart

It taste even worse than it smells
There are areas of building 14 that smell like a sewer. There are others that smell like feet. Can't tell if the culprits are the tenants or the akm / Rand brain trust.
