Thread regarding Target Corp. layoffs

KMG leaders

Apparently KMG leaders have been poor bonders with their new infants in the past. They are being asked to take an additional 8 weeks off beyond what non KMG get. But read this and see if clear to you - eligible for up to 8 weeks of flex pto pay while on an approved, unpaid loa - wtf, is it pto or unpaid...this is maddening.!!!!

I am a KMG and thre is no extra pro for KMG. We are moving to what is called unmonitored leave. Sounds weird to me as well. But with this you can take leave that you can negotiate with your boss.

enough guys !!! I am a KMG and I know how difficult it is .. Every day I need to go to Starbucks 4 times (Before joining Target, I never used to drink coffee) and have 4 GTKY's and have some BS with my DMG... and I need to ensure my calendar is booked all the time and status on Lync shows "Red". I should act as if I am really busy by having always headphones on me ...

There is no need to have KMG's. KMG's are absolutely useless in the area where I work. They are not adding any value (Rather just add a layer to the process)
