Been in Target Purgatory for the last 6 months. In TTS, new projects are on the shelf until MM and staff finalize layoff and transformation plans, due date, next week. Tired of doing nothing significant, let's get on with it already.

It was not agile from the get go, it was someone's promotional ladder.
That's my point they are having a bitch fight over something they should not be. Typical TTS crap, you can say we are agile all day long but some dumb ass PA in Ops will always want to put restrictions on you and kill all momentum. MM better get his bitches in line fast. Posting squabbles on Inside tgt is not selling it well.

This is no way to run a department with thousands of people, think of the dollars being wasted right now and in near future as teams left figure out what is next. The easy part should have been figuring out who and what teams. Getting to 100% agile anytime soon, God help us with these leaders.

I think there are going to be a lot of disappointed team members if they don't get laid off. Imagine working for this team that takes 6 months to figure out new org and roles, but still don't understand agile. Painful is the word.
