Couple of recent announcements about resign effective immediately. Are those layoff or firing or person turly resigned? Does anyone know?

Everyone in TTS who has resigned over the last month has been asked to leave quickly. This is to prevent severance being paid to them after they have resigned.
Did they POO - Pursuing Other Opportunities? Code words for you're fired. Hahaha
It would be nice if you would less vague in your posts - these resignation/RIFs must have been in a different division than mine, don't know what you're talking about - care to share?
Could easily be any of those scenarios.
If they are director level or above they where probably encouraged/fired.
Which dept?
