To much nepotism at NOV. Former manufacturing uneducated homewrecker moron female employee transferred to Parkwood 1 corporate office and married (does not use married name) to husband employee at NOV manufacturing. One should be made go. Both are manipulating the system and coworkers causing a lot of unnecessary problems and costing the company a lot of money!! Nepotism needs to cease at NOV once and for all!!

There are entire families that work at NOV. Some in the same bldg or floor. It isn't what you know, it is WHO you know.
I'm with the both of you on that. Those who are related by blood or marriage cover for each other and cause all kinds of trouble.....spreading lies & rumors, ripping the company off and deceiving everyone around them. If you try to expose them, they'll harass you & get their clique in on the harassment in hopes of getting rid of you. They're only hurting themselves. Karma
I'm 100% with you on that. It's a shame just because you have family there and you think you can get away with lying and cheating. Asking for you to be apart of the lies and when you choose not to you are now the problem.
