Is impaQt one of those brown bag lunch gatherings where people dream up "novel" ideas to make themselves look good? A dude I know said he was going to file an IDF for a drone you can control via phone. Um its one thing to try to patent prior art, and even worse if you try to patent something readily searchable on YouTube. Just wasting lawyers time. My idea for impaQt would be something original like not naming everything to have a Q in the word.

I don't believe it is "hate" here. There are a lot of hard working well deserved folks that contribute to the bottom line directly but do not have huge visibility to directors or are not really catering to each and all directors project needs. They have been rejected promotion over and over again all due to this broken system related to the review process where directors in review board make calls based on who knows what.... At least i dont know. And here out of somewhat no where, comes a junior, not so experienced in product management gets a director of product management role?? How does that happen? That is just a slap on hard working folks effort. Maybe if management was smart enough to understand that this kind of unfair implicit promotions is bound to cause friction and low morale, things would be a lot better at Qualcomm... Do they think all engineers are dumb and do not notice these unfairness??
