Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Go review intel on Glassdoor.com..that's more effective to expose it.

We all should write our heart-felt review about Intel on Glassdoor.com or other media outlets...we should educate people about real face of this f**king blood-sucker. Glassdoor review is public data that's much more effect. Comments at this site will not be taken seriously as people usual feel the bias of frustration even though we share the real experience...I did write a nice detailed review with Zero rating...please go review and put Zero for big mouth BK...its your time to teach him.

'Ask The Headhunter' - Nick Corcodilos - need to take it with a pinch of salt, he's a Headhunter on the employer's side. When I read Glassdoor, I only look at the 1 or 2 star reviews and give more weight to those who have been there longer. Most of the newbies post 4-5 star reviews, they can't be trusted not to be HR plants. A lot of the 10+ year folks their ratings are 2-4 stars. If there is a trend of many people saying the same thing, it is most likely true. The negative reviews about Intel on Glassdoor showed some patterns, including (1) bureaucracy (2) political (3) need to brown-nose to get ahead (4) long working hours including weekends and no work life balance (5) bad managers (6) no meritocracy and lately (7) HR and BK backstabbing folks with the recent retroactive SSL4 fiasco. Every single one of these is true.

I Googled glassdoor and reviews removed and found a very interesting (to me anyway) article from 'Ask The Headhunter' - Nick Corcodilos. The article is titled "Can I trust Glassdoor reviews?". Link here: http://corcodilos.com/blog/7453/can-i-trust-glassdoor-reviews

If link doesn't post (or gets removed) Google for: can you trust glassdoor reviews

and you should be able to find it.

I won't bother reading glassdoor anymore now that I know the reviews are all a bunch of BS.
