Did you see how miserable the stock market and tech stocks did today?

Good luck to you folks relocating to the Bay Area. I think the hammer is going to fall in a few months. Not just Q problem.

It's a tech stalling problem.

But SF makes all that high margin on demand sharing economy awesomeness! I'm too lazy to grocery shop, call my wife, or brush my teeth. Luckily there's a group of SoMa technocrats that's figured out how to extract those services from broke millenials and make it social, while collecting a nominal fee! Sharing Economy makes so much money, the streets of san francisco will be paved in gold. The homeless will love it!

The hardware and product companies do depend on China and Asia for revenue. The enterprise and software companies - GOOG, FB, ORCL, LNKD, Salesforce, TWTR, do not. MSFT to some extent does, but nowhere as much as hardware and chip companies.

I think pure play software and services companies will be better off.
