I think what QCT really needs Is directors and managers that can also do work, technical people who besides managing people can design, do hands on work, cover people during absences etc. We all are tired of just giving data to managers and directors that just pass the data...

QC is one of the most top heavy companies in the chip industry. This points to a fundamental problem of using promotion to retain people without have a true purpose. The layers of directors and VPs mean more people to collect status without real contribution to product development. Immediately after spending out QCT, it will be the most inefficient chip company in US. QC will die of a miserable death.

DUMB DUMB DUMB. I hate most of the Directors too but this so dam retarded. Do some homework and figure out who really is to blame and not because you read about here or because you dont like 2 Directors from a company that employees 30K+ people.
