I heard that KMG/LMG in TI are being told that they will be safe in the up coming round and their teams will not be impacted much. How is it that these nincompoops are being assured of no impact? On the one side we have BC saying we need to remove the rut and other side is confident of keeping the rut. Someone some where is lying.
Also I heard that few KMG's have also been hired in TI. why???

Talent management is fraud in TI. Resource managers ..LMG KMG Director and above all create nonsense work culture. Any opportunity they will first cut technical people. This is to show savings to HQ team. The reality is that we do not need management leadership positions. Useless crap these ledders are doing. They will not allow technical people to grow rather they love to act as jokers while enjoying the TITLE power, hierarchy, layers and reporting culture. Brian should first remove these people. Heard that these shit layers and leadership also manipulated the layoff list to protect their favorites. They will make sure target is unethical TI. Biased promotions is top in the list. If they have any friends they will recruit at their will. No rules apply. Number of years doesn't matter. Have seen it an KMG doing this at TI. They also interfere with HR process. Sir this is TI where technical talent suffers.
