Instocks were so much better when we had Dottie Boards to remind us. Transform! Bring them back! Let's return to the halcyon days.
My question is how does a transformation built on the principle of moving faster take so damn long to establish. If the leaders are not moving fast how do they expect anyone to believe in their message
We couldn't all attend but we sent the most upbeat member of the team so she could report back since she's the most factual and concise of the group. When she got back we asked what we missed and she was completely deadpan - NOTHING. Wow I'm glad we didn;t all go.
Can you imagine that group of leaders in a meeting, getting into the weeds of last weeks results, and setting action items....what a cluster, they should be PG7 not C-suite types. Must have been this group that figured out we need to stock paper towels more than once per day, Brilliant!
