August 20th date is confirmed for layoffs. Only 4 levels from VP to developer. Pay cuts in some positions. Vacation Policy changes(unlimited vacation). TCW closing. TCS and TTS merger.

Agreed with last post. Aug 20 may be TI, but MN HQ is September week 1.
Aug 20 for TI maybe. Hearing early Sept for domestic TTS
