This time is make or break for Q and if they really care, they will make it right by 1) firing people that without any doubt are not contributing 2) get rid of low performers 3) implement a flat management structure and remove excessive status reporting 4) promote people that are high performers but were kept at same level for too long... they will leave first 5) change the title structure ... it sucks big time by being too shallow on enginerring side 6) identify visionaries and put them in charge 7) fix company PR and marketing... It is terrible. No common sense in promoting what this enterprise stands for, other than delivering one more chip. Why Wait should be scrapped and whoever approved it fired for wasteful use of funds 8) everybody: learn to say NO! 9) fire CIO leadership. We all spend 15% of time dealing with machines that don't connect to projectors or crash in the middle of presentations, full hard drives, ... 10) articulate as a company: What's Next?
