I would like to congratulate Target for the hundreds of millions spent on Project Everest, which was so terrible that it required the ENTIRE site to be re-coded, which brings us to the present state of Target.com, arguably still the world's worst e-commerce site. Way to go everyone!

I just heard the app is getting killed. Incompetent team and mismanaged budget. Anyone?
An awesome suck hole. TTS is great at adding process and resources. But never quality, agility or value. I think it's funny that as layoffs kept coming they kept adding TM to our product team that were completely incompetent and not necessary.
You are right on point. If I may also add the RedRx project which invested hundreds of millions of dollars on cocky BPCs, incompetent TTS Directors, a .NET technology which as a disaster and never brought the desired benefit. Millions later, an updated version of the same torn old system in place and giving up the pharmacy business to a best practice expert such as CVS. I am so relieve having heard most of those toxic people are now gone.
