HR has been trying to destroy this board for a while - I bet they are behind fake posts and they on purpose generate multiple posts and posts with inappropriate content - the information about layoffs is asymmetrical, HR knows everything, workers are kept in dark. This site has proven that the playing field may be leveled a bit.

This a fantastic forum with lot of valuable information.
The posts take a bit of sifting but typically I find gems here - cannot avoid foul language and racism, but that tells you a story as well. There is a lot of pent up anger revolving around H1B folks, while this is sad, it does tell you something. And, there is a few infantile characters posting here as well, I wish if we had thumbs up/down option to bury that stuff. Other than that, this forum is outstanding.
