Was the Survey just a trick to trap people to select the roles and later come to say "sorry your preferred role is not available in TTS"

All the questions are mapping to Agile experience and not capability to play agile project roles ..so capability does not matter ??
Preference of roles asked roles nothing related to Agile so if you select them you are in the mouse trap.!!!
This Survey seems to be done to cover themselves ( Senior mgmt) in case of legal issues??
How will some one have this experience when TTS never followed in 90% of projects so most of them will not have giving an advantage for them to do say you don't match the role.

So overall this survey seems more fishy than an effort to seek inputs.
