The Q execs and HR are fully aware of this site and will not make a layoff announcement this week because, if they do, then the employees have won the game. I think a layoff will happen later this year.

OP: I think that 80 hr. per week work schedule has made you delusional. QCOM execs don't give a rat's ass what we do. At most, if Barry's boys seem concerned, SM just tells them to "Pay no attention to the 'little people' behind the website." The QCOM execs consider us interchangeable parts. About the only thing that might--MIGHT--get their attention, is if the Teamsters set up a recruiting booth in the Q's parking lot on 7/22.
american Ghandhi, How reliable is it? I think this accelerated reviews are very good idea and much fair way to deal with layoff..if revies are done honestly and fairly.
not sure if any of you know the accelerated reviews has started ,all off you will get an email from your mgrs this week , the idea behind accelerated reviews to find out the bottom 10 to 15% of people and ask them to leave the company...
