Any idea ,is it diluted or staying same....2 month+2 week/yr ?

Assuming it comes withing the WARN Act or Cal-WARN, you get 2 months pay. Anything else is speculation. If you are a long term employee, you should get more. Also, if you are over age 40, you should get more, because you are covered under different legal statutes. You may want to consult an attorney. Make sure it is someone who is familiar with employment and benefits law. It may be worth a few hundred bucks just to make sure your a$$ is covered.
