They are going to go through each person and determine cost/benefit and make individual decisions. This is the best bang for the buck since things are not as bad as you might think. So just be cool and do your jobs. OTOH, I believe that they will continue to cut costs/benefits and the work environment won't really improve. So, pick your poison.
