Haha , I am one of those you called "status collector". The thing is that no matter how hard you work your a$$ off, I am the one who decides who should GTFO. So live with it :)
All status collector and middle manager will be shown door. IT is currently analyzing all emails and outlook calendar to identify all useless status collectors and conference room drones...
