Our company offers a terrific EAP (employee assistance program). A common misconception is therapy is only for those on the verge of suicide. It is not true. Anyone can benefit from learning more about themselves, on a deeper level. For the technologists, think of such a service as a way to optimize the software running in your brain.
Push into the path of mindfulness, personal growth, health and fitness, etc. This will help the take edge off in the coming weeks.
