How about getting rid of these baby boomers that have already checked out? Our supervisor is clearly costing our group money due to lack of ability/motivation and upper management is totally blind. Unreal!!!

4dx isn't distractiions by CEO or CFO. It's another "program of the month" cooked up by the two EVPs of ops ..... Court cases are more sins of the past by the AKM incompetent groupies. Will the cleanup ever end?

I'm not in accounting or supply chain but have also witnessed these tactics with Kristen. She seems to be driven by cutting down people in her path. Never a positive word about anyone she works with.

If we are truly a strong CHK team, we can not have people in leadership who thrive on this. She can not compare to some of our other strong leaders who put integrity at the forefront. She is definitely bad news.

Well isn't supply chain trying to run the entire company all by themselves. They kind of had the judgment coming, especially with the leadership they put in the forefront. People that are incompetent about operations.

Please - It's one thing to not "like" a person but another to place blame on that single person for the department or function not working. Look at upper management - the EVP/SVP/VP in charge. That's where the authority and accountablility for making things work resides. SC reports into a VP and a EVP - 'Nuf said.

Now back to what this site is for.... Rumors on layoffs!

On KH, it's not just Accounting who have seen it. Supply Chain hates her too. Every conversation you have with her includes at least one of her peers being bashed and back stabbed. Shes very friendly to their faces. A very interesting management style....

That may hold true for HR but not Kristen. She is one evil person and everyone who has dealt with her knows it. Please keep her Supply chain! Accounting hates her. I have not met one person who has seen an ounce of integrity coming out of her work. bad fruit.....

Geez......Bitter much!?! Sounds like a bunch of laid off paranoid people posting on this one. LOL I have seen progress in HR and supply chain. Both thankless jobs in a company that really didn't have either before now. Supply chain is just trying to get some footing in a prior organization of corruption! HR has cleaned up the trash from the former incompetent regime - laid off a ton of people - and ultimately saved millions to the company. They now have a real HR department and arent just planning parties for AKM. So Naturally that comes with pissing off the incompetent old CHK regime.....apparently who've posted here. LOL Get over yourselves.

Couldn't agree more on KH. She first tried to get Traci fired a few years ago and is now trying to get Dale fired. She somehow thinks she has VP qualities.... If he only knew what she was saying about him she'd be gone. A very vindictive, hateful and self serving old lady.

Quit getting rid of anyone with a brain and a question, get out of the way of what made chk the best.

Most of the employees don't have a safety net. You'll move back to CO and be okay, but what about OKC?

The VP of HR is a moron. He is petty, vindictive and does not trust anyone. RDL needs to know how bad of a leader he is. HR has always lived in fear and he and the directors are toxic.
