I am sure it's easy to sell the buildings, but I can't imagine it's easy to move the TTC Data Center to another location....

Until something comes from a far reliable source I'd say to ignore most predictions of the sale of TNC. I'd expect to see more consolidation out of rented/leased spaces that charge an inordinate downtown premium first.
