I am a Senior Engineer and my base salary at the Q is about $120,000. Am I underpaid? Is this a good salary for a Senior Engineer? I really feel like I am getting screwed.

You should worry about GTFO and actually getting paid what you're worth. You are unlikely to get a GTFO package, so just GTFO voluntarily.
