I second on that, unfortunately they have connections and will kiss ass to stay...
Why to filter ones with more reports? ~80% of principal/dir/sr directors are not useful for qualcomm's future, they might have been valuable in early stage of company but they are a now big drag and preventing Q from moving forward and should be gotten rid off..
Most of them are useless overhead to the company. hope SM is smart enough to weed them out
