The TTS skill survey is a great way to identify what new training is needed. Finally someone is paying attention to the BTS scores about lack of training. Don't be so pessimistic.

i am a lowly in-store planogram team member, and my training consisted of getting cut 2 of 5 days due to 'pay roll issues', and one day cashiering and getting carts. such busy work planogram, but we all need money eh? etls/stl's are garbage. sometimes you get a real decent human being as a new etl, leading by example, but that never lasts. recognition for getting a redcard over the walkies on channel one is retarded too, especially when they cheat by having team members go sign up for either one of them, and then recognize them as helping save a guest 5% today, way to go team!

OP you must be from the L&D team, trying to save your skin ? Why do you need a survey? Wasn't this your job in the first place? But that you need to come out of your GTKY status.

Ahole, do you think only non technical teams need training...this survey is not about training and was not presented as an opportunity to identify training needs. Get back to your pacifier.
