I feel you anger, so scare!! Please be patient folks. I will not sit here for too long. According to my unspoken agreement (sorry can't tell you since is an unspoken agreement) I still have some room to improve in my bank. We received multiple complaint about your inability to make prudent business decisions resulting insignificant loss of our revenue and profit margin,we pay you BIG bucks to compensate you for your this 24/7 attention to qcom business and need your full attention and deliver good business decision. Despite multiple warnings you failed to improve your performance hence you are given last warning that your failure to put up good show on 22nd July analyst call and all hand meeting on 23rd July will result in disciplinary action.
As as courtesy suggestion :You should minimize yous BS talk on 23rd and pay more attention to the issues employees are facing. We will closely evaluate your performance on both days and provide you detail feedback in timely manner on this website.
