Oh wait, all my tenants are H1-B's so I'd say they are safe relative to all the rest of you that are expensive. Never mind.

We H1B are who are the one slogging nights and weekends to ship releases to make company $,Agree we have no other option but we salves also need some respect..
Anonymous115852, The nice thing about H1-B's is that they value education, so they make excellent long term rentals in places in north county which has great public schools. And they'll be renting for a long long time....Can't complain. At least they will stay employed, unlike the more expensive domestic employees.

Managed a bunch of citizens and H1Bs, no difference in pay. Pay is low all across the board.
