Have you heard the latest? told today that TNC is for sale as is FRS and that those at those locations have a couple of choices - we are taking up too much space and it's not cost efficient to have floors upon floors that are 80% empty so those at TNC and FRS will 1) move downtown; 2) let your position go India or 3) stand in the "I've been recently laid off" line. Brooklyn Park officials are please as apparently Target has not kept their side to have a campus in BP - too many restrictions; TP3 will also be emptied. There is plenty of room at TPN/TPS and CC - it's all apart of the re-stack that will hit in August and run through December and think of the cost operating expenses that are saved - but at least we get to go to the Fall National Meeting.

They're moving people from CC to TP3. Enough with the BS.
We are not going to become "The Jewel" of Brooklyn Park. Let's build for other companies. Let's waste more money. Who put these dipsh!ts in charge? Let's rent instead of buy. Hellooo Target bigshots, didn't your mama's teach you anything or wait, this idea of renting and not owning came from the text books and that degree that you all want everyone to have. Target is going to go down the tubes just like Kmart. Sad you have f**k such good people over but don't think about that when you are having cocktails on your vacations.
Minneapolis as the hub of fashion is laughable
The National Sales Meeting, god, talk about awkward! Maybe all HQ folks can just go silent. That would be worth the attendance.
Downtown is where the buyers are. They like to be in the hub of fashion central also not sure if everyone would like to drive that far

If Brian is about saving money, why have teams downtown where property is more expensive. This rumor makes little sense to me as the cost per team member would be much lower at TNC.
Well this is an answer to a prayer for some of us, if it's true. But as much as I have disliked commuting to BP I know it will be very disappointing to our northern 'burb co-workers. I'd love to be back on only one bus to get to work again.
Um, who told you this? Not that I don't believe you as I work at TNC and have heard the same thing, but I thought this was still under Brian's hat. Not content wth making employees disappear, for his next amazing trick, he will make two buildings vanish from the Target landscape. Abracadabra! Brian is the magic man.
