1. In year 2011-2015 if you have "improvement needed" in your review.
2. You have 'bellow expectations' on one of your reviews.
3. You got SSL4/5 on your review, Your stock grant level was 4 or 5.(1 being best, 5 being worst.)

Why 50% grace marks? Is it to compensate deterioration of IQ while working at Q?
Qcom need to give basic IQ test to all Sr staff and above grade employee and if they get even 50% of passing grades then keep it, otherwise fire them for CAUSE with no severance package. This alone will solve all misery...
