Let's start with learning proper English first
1500 or 4000 doesn't matter. It could be you. The worst part is you don't know and you can't do anything about it. The only one thing that isn't too bad is that it will happen in July instead of December....
115597: That doesn't even make sense. The people who work in the Bay Area get a premium in the same positions of about 15%-20% simply because of the cost of living is higher. And keeping people in the lowly staff position longer--despite their accomplishments--artificially depresses their salaries. The only way you can argue that the S.D. workforce is more expensive is if you are counting the ratio of management and project leads to engineers. But of course any cuts there will be minimal.
This time cut would happen in san diego as it has the most expensive work force
Also people with hogjer title longer time would be let go
