No, layoffs always seem to occur on Termination Tuesdays lately...
Layoffs don't happen on Fridays. TGT is adopting the agile format for everything, including "transformation". Notice that everything happens on Tuesdays? Gives them the rest of the week to watch what happens then do it all over again next Tuesday.
