Anyone in TTS that is not an Engineer or Architect is on the chopping block. The engineering and architecture teams left....ain't gonna have fun dealing with all the crap jobs either.

Engineer have also got the survey.. No idea on how the selection TM who take survey was decided.

given the leaders I know at target this has credibility. There would Brno other way to understand team member skills as the manager or should I say leader would never know. Wonder how they spin the message to make you think it is for your benefit and learning plan
Anyone not smart enough to answer they are extremely qualified will be fired. At target India they will also get a juice box upon entry of cab to drive them home
Tomorrow, everyone who is not PG 19+ or an engineer or an arichitect will start the process. Surveys will be sent out to assess your fitness. I have no idea how the end story will look from an org perspective but it's happening.
